Art Journals
A 'heads-up' for those who do visual journals - using collage, acrylic's, etc., my upcoming journals are going to have 140# index cardstock -- this paper takes a lickin' and keeps on tickin'...you will LOVE it. My 'art-sister' Linda turned me on to this paper who learned about it from Kelly and let me tell you ....it rocks!
I have been re-stocking some supplies and will be back to journal making this weekend :)

Not sure if there's a picture or not...but FYI, the company is Wausau. It's 140 lb wausau exact index cardstock. It comes 8 1/2 x 11". You can also get it in "parent" (Big) size sheets from Kelly Paper, XPedx, etc... and cut it down yourself (or have someone else cut it). I've been using this paper for YEARS (at least 8 now!!). Acrylics. Collage. It takes a beating.

Ok Kelly, I know it's not nice to argue with royalty in a public forum - but - YOU ARE THE QUEEN of art journals. And from what I've heard THE BEST workshop instructor (and most generous) on the planet. Jill and I are waiting for the day you teach at The Art Bar again - we are going to do everything in our power to be there!
