This just in...
A clear liquid leaking from the sky has been reported
in Corona del Mar on the coast of Southern California.
Residents are speculating - some are calling it
RAIN!
I can't be sure - it's been so long since I have seen it!
I have taken photos and hope to have them analyzed.

Ebb Tide heard about the bribes.

Pretty pictures of the rain. Ours was yesterday. Well, last night to be exact. I love it when it rains while I'm sleeping.

Dagny! I was rain-deprived all freakin' winter! It has not been good for my mental state! The only freakin' time it ever downpoured was in the middle of the freakin' night - when I didn't know it was happening!

I think Jill should win something for using 'freakin'' three times in such a short comment :)

Dagny, it is freakin' true what Jill said -- this is the first time in a looooong time we had rain during the day!

    Can I have your recipe?

Kristin, we have plenty of bowls and spoons...just come on over! :)

Oh Corey, the recipe is so simple...it is simply ground soy, onions, kidney beans, chili beans, tomatoe puree, tomatoe paste, stewed tomatoes, white/yellow corn, seasonings and water! (it's one of those 'the cupboards are looking bare' recipe's!, basically anything I can find I toss in!) Let 'er simmer most of the day. The 'key' is a loaf of GOOD sourdough French bread - which of course YOU have plenty of I am sure! HA!
